I come from the North and am drawn to the South. I am strong, and I am soft. I love to be with people, and I value my me-time. I travel with a backpack and can relax in a luxury resort. I worked for big cooperations and appreciate the direct impact. I can go ahead and lean back—everything at the proper time.

As the middle one of three kids, I started to build connections from an early age.
Today, I support people and businesses to connect to their core, find unity, and use their infinite power source to create a meaningful impact on this world.
MY STORY
I’m me - deeply anchored within myself and widely connected to the world.
My life used to follow a straight line. Excellent studies, successful career, solid relationship, a large circle of friends - enjoying the hip Berlin city life. Until a breaking point in my personal life in my early 30ies turned everything upside down. Suddenly I found myself on a dead-end street. I had to leave my old life behind, be courageous, and create a new me.
I entered a seven-year period of exploration and transformation.
On a professional level, I engaged in different roles within Zalando, Europe’s biggest online platform for fashion.
I built up an international team in category controlling, took over Finance and Business Development responsibilities, and grew as a team and business leader. The more I got into leadership and yoga, the more my passion for people grew.
I made a horizontal career shift to Human Resources to deepen my HR knowledge and worked closely with external coaches and consultants to implement sustainable talent strategies.
By the end of 2019, I stepped out of the corporate business world to take ownership of my visions and ideas.
I completed coaching training with Bridgehouse in Berlin, deepened my education in yoga, and founded my own business combining coaching, yoga, and consulting.
On a personal level, I engaged in a profound journey toward myself.
I started to travel and explore my passions. Trips to Costa Rica, India, Thailand, Bali, Los Angeles, and other places helped me to get to know myself, explore different cultures, and study yoga, bodywork, and mindfulness.
I ran 4 marathons in 4 different countries and deeply experienced the power and perseverance of my body and mind. During this time, I learned to let go of limiting beliefs, leave my comfort zone, and explore the unknown.
I’ve always dreamed about living close to the sea, and a road trip to Ibiza in 2020 was the starting point to bring this vision into action.
Step by step, I followed my dream, spent more and more time in Ibiza, and built up my business to sustain this dream.
Today, I combine my passion and profession.
I live the life I love. I’m based in paradise, work with people, and create connections and meaningful impact.
During my personal and professional journey, I gathered a lot of experience, deep knowledge, and simple tools for self-exploration, and I am here to share them with you.
Combining coaching, yoga, and my experiences from the corporate business world allows me to work holistically.
