Berlin has been my home for over 10 years, and I am thrilled to be teaching a yoga class in the heart of this colorful city once again. I have practiced a lot myself in the beautiful space of The Lovers & Leaders, so I am even more excited to teach there now!

In the "Create Space" class, we connect with ourselves, create inner and outer space for new things and give ourselves wholeheartedly to the blossoming energy of spring.

Get ready for a balanced mix of strength & lightness, self-determination & community and a conscious creation & acceptance of (inner) change - on the mat and beyond.
