Sylt is my Ibiza in northern Germany and I'm really looking forward to teaching a class there in the beautiful studio of happy.yoga.sylt in Westerland! :-)

In the "Island Love" class we strengthen our physical bodies, calm our minds and open our hearts to all that is truly important to us. We explore our heart's path, clear away inner resistance and encourage courage & confidence.

Look forward to a moving, heart-opening class with a good dose of island magic - on the mat and beyond.
